At The Sign Stories, we are committed to delivering your custom sign boards safely and on time. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All custom orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days after we receive your order confirmation and design approval.

  • If there is any delay due to high volume of orders, public holidays, or customization complexity, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable courier and logistics providers to ensure your products reach you safely.

Standard Shipping 3–10 business days (India)
Express Shipping 1–3 business days (select cities)
Local Delivery (Coimbatore) 1–2 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available for select products and locations.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and product weight/size.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier details will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment status using the tracking link provided.

5. Delivery Locations

We currently ship across India. For international shipping or bulk orders outside India, please contact us at thesignstories@gmail.com or call 9087881812.

6. Delivery Delays

  • The Sign Stories is not liable for delays caused by:

    • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

    • Courier delays or strikes

    • Weather conditions or natural disasters

    • Public holidays or regional restrictions

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Please take photos and report it to us within 24 hours at thesignstories@gmail.com.

  • We will work with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
